Root Beer White Mocha – The new Rootbeer White Mocha combines Black Rock’s powerful and energetic espresso root beer, with white chocolate syrup, and whole milk to create a delicious and caffeinated beverage. It’s served hot mixed, iced, or as a shake with no coffee.
Summertide Lemonade – A nice cold lemonade, black Rock’s Summertide Lemonade is an infusion of passionfruit, blackberry, and pomegranate. It can be enjoyed blended or chilled.

BLACK ROCK COFFEE BAR A&E SERVICES
As a property manager’s assistant, EBI provided architectural and engineering services for the renovation of the Coffee Shops Near me space of 2,000 square feet and drive-through within the new multi-tenant building within the Southern US. EBI collaborated in conjunction with the Property Manager to prepare a preliminary budget and schedule for construction and used Value Engineering when applicable.
EBI developed the Schematic Design Package (SDP) in support of the approved Existing Conditions Survey. EBI employed the existing AutoCAD files to conduct the current condition verification survey for the new tenant space. EBI utilized any codes that were not in compliance or deviated from the current conditions. These to aid in design and concept development and then reflected in making changes to the SDP. The SDP contained recommendations of the design concept and the appearance of the space, according to the model and a sketch plan. The entire SDP were evaluated against local, landlord as well as federal standards and regulations to ensure that they were in compliance.
The concept of the design was based off of Black Rock Coffee Bar’s established guidelines, designs and the schematic design. The concept defined the style of the space that included walls, floors, ceilings millwork, as well as all finishes. Furniture, architectural systems and fixtures were also included in this design idea to establish the size of the space, its character, and the functionality that the room would provide.
